Pet Policy
We know pets are family. Sonoma Pointe is a pet-friendly community that welcomes both cats and dogs (35 lb weight limit, maximum of two pets per apartment). Pets must be spayed or neutered, and a pet interview is required. Monthly pet rent is $35 per pet, with a one-time $150 pet fee and $150 pet deposit per pet. Breed restrictions apply.
